Terms of Use

GnomeFundMe is a community crowdfunding service for the DemocracyCraft Minecraft server, operated by GnomeCorp. It deals only in DemocracyCraft server currency and has no real-world monetary value.

• Wallets are custodial. Funds you add are held by GnomeFundMe and credited to your balance. You may withdraw your unspent balance to your linked Minecraft account at any time.
• Contributions are generally final.Once you contribute to a campaign the funds move into that campaign's escrow. Refunds are at the discretion of the creator or GnomeFundMe admins.
• Platform fee. GnomeFundMe retains 2% of each contribution. Adding funds and withdrawals are free.
• Creator responsibility. Campaign creators are solely responsible for their campaigns and for using raised funds as described. GnomeCorp does not guarantee any campaign or outcome.
• Prohibited use.Don't use GnomeFundMe for scams, fraud, harassment, or anything that violates DemocracyCraft server rules. Campaigns may be paused, suspended, or refunded by admins.
• Identity. You must link your Minecraft account to create campaigns or move funds. You are responsible for activity on your account.
