Help launch a Medical College

The medical system in Redmont is broken; we are stuck waiting for too long for a cure, and the exams for anyone to take at the regular college are closed. I want to fix that by launching a Medical college for anyone to advance their know-how in medicine (and be able to succeed at becoming the best doctor). As a barrister, I keep getting injured, and the queues are too long with only one doctor online at a time, and the other trainees take too long to help. For this goal, I already have $5.6K ready to use towards buying property and some materials to construct the college, but that's not enough, as we'd need more.
