Help me buy a plot to build a Community Help Centre

When I first started, finding a house felt impossible. Every place was booked, and looking at the skyrocketing prices was deeply frustrating. I want to put an end to high rent. That is why I am building the Community Help Centre: a mega-house equipped with a training camp to prepare players for the workforce. We will offer flexible housing, adjusting rents based entirely on a new player's financial situation to give them a genuine helping hand. I want this to be a natural safety net for anyone going through a hard time. How will this look? 1. Flexible Housing: These units are designed to be accessible to everyone. We dynamically adjust rent to match your specific financial situation. 2. Workforce Preparation: This block features a dedicated training camp, where we will hire experienced instructors to fully prepare new players for the working environment. 3. Nonprofit Initiative: Our goal is not to generate profit, but to provide the community with a reliable, lasting safety net. #update-16/06/26 We have secured C481 (Gnome CH Centre), now we need to build it and make it more.. Livable for the peoples to come and live! I believe a stretch goal of 50k is good to build and then close this GnomeFundMe for good! For now though, I will pay out of my pocket to fund this building's development and try my best to build apartments to eventually open for the players of Redmont!
