Funding UJP Headquarters

Hello! I'm Troniq, the founder of the United Jaronites Party! We've been established with one thought in mind - help new players get a say in DC politics. Although focusing on Jaronwavers' problems, we want to do it in a way befitting DemocracyCraft and its tradition - we're focusing on existing issues that arose and proposing concrete changes. We want to integrate into the existing democratic systems and use them as they're designed - by collaboration. We're not slopulist in nature. Since the first day of the party's existence, we've discussed the idea of an UJP owned plot to serve as party headquarters. The idea of creating offices, in-game meetings, a bar and finally: cheap housing for Jaronites in an a joint, active area. And while we have a small temporary headquarters (thank you Mr_Blox for offering your plot!), its unfortunately the size of a NYC apartment bedroom. Getting anything done as a political party requires cash - and as the newest registered party in Redmont, we cannot afford much. What we ask for is $199999.99 that will be used to find and purchase a party headquarters. WHY TRUST US: - We already have a "#transparent-funding" channel in our discord, where screenshots of every donation and withdrawal from the party fund are recorded and available to every member, - I, Troniq, have a history of managing large amounts of cash on Stoneworks Minecraft server: >Running my own corporation for more than 1.5 years (200 players on the Discord server), >Achieving position of VP of Investment Banking in Crimson Bank - the largest and oldest, fully player run bank on the server, operating on player trust alone. HOW WILL THE MONEY BE STORED: - All of the donations will be stored within the UJP firm (/firm plugin), on a new "HeadquartersFund" internal account, - The funds will only be accessible to UJP leadership, with all spending decisions larger than $100/day requiring a majority vote, - All withdrawals and payments using the donated money will be noted - either on #transparent-funding, an announcement channel or another dedicated channel, - Within a year of the campaign end date, any donator may request that the UJP leadership releases a full list of transactions made using the donated funds, which shall be released within a 7 day period. All requests must be facilitated via the UJP Discord ticket system. HOW WILL THE MONEY BE USED: - Purchasing of a plot in Reivelle, - If needed, restoration work to make the building usable, - Purchase of building materials, decorations and furniture for the plot, - Hiring of contractors for potential interior decorating, - Leftover funds will be held by the UJP Headquarters Fund and will be used for specifically for these headquarters - events, competitions, restoration work, etc. All donators will be invited to the opening ceremony of the headquarters! Everyone who donates more than 100$ will be commemorated in a book, which will be placed at the entrance of the building.
